RESIDENTIAL

We design homes around the people who live in them. From a quiet retreat to a family home or a collection of residences, each project begins with an understanding of daily life, personal rituals and the character of its setting.

From our Nicosia studio, we bring architecture and interior design together for residential projects across Cyprus and Greece. Light, proportion and the relationship between inside and outside guide spaces that feel natural to inhabit.

We find luxury in thoughtful details, materials that age beautifully and a sense of ease. Bespoke joinery, layered textures and carefully considered furniture give each home its own identity, without losing sight of comfort and practicality.

Working closely with our clients and collaborators, we carry that thinking from the first conversation to the final detail, creating homes with warmth, individuality and lasting character.
