ARCHITECTS (2-7 Years of Experience)

 

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Architect to join our team. We work on a range of hospitality, commercial and high-end residential projects and successful applicants will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects from concept through to completion.

 

The successful candidate must have good all-round skills and experience on such projects, and should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • creative and skilled technical background

  • 2 to 7 years post qualification and registered with ETEK

  • excellent knowledge of the Cyprus town planning and building regulations

  • hands on with exceptionally high attention to detail, with experience working on mid-large projects (hospitality experience advantageous) and comfortable working across all stages

  • dynamic, someone who thrives on challenges and has amazing design and creative skills. 

  • experience with redevelopment projects and detailing will be advantageous

  • a confident approach and capable of juggling multiple projects at once to various deadlines.

  • a clear passion for architecture and everything design

  • strong presentation skills, verbal and written (in both Greek and English)

  • proactive nature and positive energy, able to deal with project challenges

  • fluent in Adobe Creative Suite

  • proficiency in working with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD

INTERIOR DESIGNER (3-5 Years of Experience)

 

We are looking for an interior designer with proven previous experience and design sensibilities that sit well with our studio ethos to support new projects in the hospitality, residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will be working creatively across all design stages, working closely with the directors to deliver new and outstanding projects across Cyprus. 


About you:

  • a minimum of three years’ experience in the role of an interior designer, with extensive creative competence working on hospitality and luxury high-end residential schemes.

  • excellent design skills and ability to convey design ideas.

  • able to prepare concepts, moodboards, preliminary and final design presentations, using a variety of digital and traditional media, particularly Adobe InDesign

  • capable of managing the selection, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement of FF&E

  • actively seeking and sharing inspiration and references from a wide range of sources outside of the business, to support creative design solutions.

  • a meticulous eye for detail and a good understanding of the technical side of interior design

  • excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written with a confident manner, client-facing experience is preferred.

  • self-motivated with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in an organised manner.

  • software skills: Adobe suite, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD

  • experience of the following would also be an advantage: 3DS Max, Lumion, Revit

GRADUATE ARCHITECT 

 

We seek a graduate Architect to join our Cyprus studio through the ETEK Young Architects internship programme. Developing young talent is key to the future of our practice and through teamwork and mentoring, we try to bring out the best in every one of our staff. 

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • high academic grades and qualifications

  • exceptional skills in design and communication, both verbal and written with a fluency in English and Greek

  • passion for creativity, with strong design skills, which you are confident in presenting in a variety of media

  • enthusiasm and ideas – we encourage everyone to engage and offer their views

  • good organisation skills and an enthusiastic attitude with an ability to work as part of a team
