Nestled in a serene Nicosia suburb and home to StudioMoiré, the space was designed to inspire. Our double-height atrium floods the space with natural light, while lush greenery brings biophilic design to life, creating a workspace that feels as vibrant as it does calm.

Spanning two floors, the studio was chosen to foster collaboration and support future growth, with every corner designed around wellbeing. The ground floor offers a seamless open-plan layout: flexible and fixed desk spaces, a welcoming seating area for client catch-ups over coffee, and a hands-on materials library that sparks creativity. A spacious meeting room and relaxed breakout zone host morning briefings and casual lunches alike.

Above, the mezzanine provides a more informal setting with additional workspaces and meeting areas, perfect for weekly team gatherings or moments of quiet inspiration.
