​Mike founded StudioMoiré (MOIRE Architects LLC) in 2021, building on a career shaped by experience at leading London practices. He holds an MArch in Architectural Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSci in Adaptive Architecture and Computation from The Bartlett, University College London.

Before establishing MOIRE, Mike served as Director of Architecture at MoreySmith, following a successful tenure with Farrells, HOK, and AECOM in London.

His expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams on high-value projects, combined with meticulous attention to detail when advising developers, project managers, and end users on building acquisition and due diligence, including client monitoring, has earned him recognition as a thought leader across hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors.

At MOIRE, Mike channels this experience to balance design ambition with practical financial constraints in his multifaceted management role.

He is a member of the British Council for Offices, Architects Declare, and One Planet Living, and regularly serves as a visiting critic at architecture schools throughout the United Kingdom.
