EMBASSY MANOR

NICOSIA / RESIDENTIAL

Located in Engomi, Nicosia, Embassy Manor transforms a former embassy into a welcoming family home defined by understated luxury. The renovation draws on the Italian-inspired villa’s generous proportions, arched openings and classical character, adapting its formal spaces to the rhythms of family life.

Warm natural stone, smoky oak and expressive marble bring depth and texture to the interiors, complemented by fine metal-framed glazing and restrained architectural detailing. A more connected layout brings together comfortable living spaces, a bespoke bar and an enlarged kitchen. Carefully considered materials and bespoke joinery create a quiet sense of refinement throughout.

Outside, landscaped courtyards, shaded terraces and a redesigned pool extend the home into its Mediterranean setting. Timber pergolas softened by bougainvillea frame spaces for dining and relaxation, pairing the villa’s Italian influence with the ease of outdoor living in Cyprus.
