Designed by StudioMoiré in Nicosia, this striking villa is nestled in a private close in Archangelos, on the outskirts of the city. The contemporary residence spans two levels and covers a total area of 278 square metres, seamlessly blending modern architecture with refined interior design.

The ground floor has been thoughtfully crafted to embrace the Mediterranean climate, with a layout that encourages fluid indoor and outdoor living. Expansive floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open directly onto a 13-metre-long infinity pool, positioned on the southeastern side of the property to capture panoramic views of the Troodos mountains.

At the heart of the home, a dramatic double-height bay, soaring up to nine metres, defines the entrance lobby and main stairwell. A sculptural floating staircase leads to a suspended link bridge that connects the east and west wings of the upper floor. This level houses the primary suite and two guest bedrooms, each designed with StudioMoiré’s signature attention to detail and interior design precision.
