The villa is located on a private close in Archangelos in the outskirts of Nicosia and its contemporary design comprises two stories covering 278m².

The ground floor design takes full advantage of the beautiful Mediterranean weather by making the space fully adaptable to indoor - outdoor living, the extensive floor to ceiling sliding doors open up thus giving direct access to the13 meter long infinity pool, strategically located in the southeastern side of the property with incredible views of the Troodos mountains in the skyline.
