KYRIAKOS NEOPTOLEMOU
Senior Architect
Kyriakos is an architect with more than seven years of professional experience across Cyprus, Greece and Spain. He holds both a Bachelor and a Professional Diploma in Architecture from the University of Nicosia, where he developed a keen interest in conceptual design, urban planning and sustainable architecture.
His portfolio encompasses a broad spectrum of work: from bespoke private residences and sizeable apartment developments to commercial venues and cultural-heritage restorations. Notable projects include the conversion of a listed building in Alicante into a mixed-use office and residential complex, the redesign of central office facilities in Larnaca, and upscale residences in Nicosia and Larnaca that combine contemporary aesthetics with environmental sensitivity.
Beyond design, Kyriakos has collaborated with the Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK), engaging in efforts focused on digital transformation and e-governance within the architectural sphere, helping shape the profession’s future in the region.
