A multifunctional coworking space designed to elevate the everyday experience of work. Drawing from hospitality design principles, we created a refined, tactile environment where professionals feel at ease. The spatial strategy encourages flow between focus and interaction, from open-plan desks to acoustically controlled meeting rooms and a street-facing café lounge. Natural materials, abundant greenery, and layered lighting contribute to a sense of calm continuity throughout.

At the heart of the space is the SC Clubhouse, a social hub that blurs the boundary between workspace and retreat. Here, comfort and utility go hand-in-hand: soft furnishings, custom joinery, and human-scaled proportions make it equally suited to informal meetings or quiet reflection. Amenities such as wellness rooms, rooftop seating, and integrated tech further support a holistic, human-centric approach, reaffirming our belief that good design should care for both productivity and wellbeing.
