110 ELEONON - NICOSIA

Located in the Strovolos suburb of Nicosia, on one of the most affluent streets in Cyprus, 110 Eleonon is nestled between low rise private homes, overlooking the few remaining olive groves on the popular street. The two-storey apartment block has been influenced by midcentury Cyprus architecture and aims to redefine suburban city living by incorporating staggered gardens with expansive terraces and comfortable internal areas. 

The contemporary development creates an understated luxury with carefully selected materials and a sustainable design at its core. Locally crafted breezeblocks were selected to ventilate and accentuate the stair core, whilst a contemporary, sliding aluminum shading system allows each apartment to control the sun and summer heat. The slimline glazing maximises the picturesque views over the olive groves. 

Each floor consists of two apartments and the top floor penthouses have access to roof terraces with private pools and additional accommodation space. Each apartment is uniquely designed to offer different layouts ranging from 2 - 3 bedrooms, and 90 m² - 140m² of internal space. The interiors boast high quality materials and internal finishes and include locally crafted kitchens and wardrobes, the 500m² new build developments aims to create a new standard for luxury suburban living.
