Where Workplace Meets Community

July 2026 - Our Studio is delighted with the completion of SPACE and Co Anexartisias, the pilot location of a new coworking concept for TLV Developers in the heart of Limassol. Designed as a workplace that combines flexible working with hospitality, wellness and community, the project introduces a new model for contemporary work environments in Cyprus.

SPACE and Co explores a more contemporary approach to the workplace, where flexibility, comfort and social interaction are given equal importance. The project brings together coworking, hospitality and wellness within a carefully considered environment that supports different ways of working throughout the day.

Rather than organising the interior around fixed desks and enclosed offices, the design provides a variety of settings that accommodate focused work, informal meetings and moments of pause. Open workspaces sit alongside private offices, meeting rooms, quiet booths and shared lounges, allowing occupants to choose the environment best suited to the task at hand.

The arrival experience is conceived as a natural extension of the workplace, creating an immediate connection between the building and the city. A welcoming café, lounge and reception activate the street frontage, transforming the entrance into a vibrant social hub. As part of the project’s wider architectural identity, StudioMoiré also designed the external signage and the distinctive SC Clubhouse entrance canopy, strengthening the building’s presence and establishing a recognisable landmark at street level.

Inside, natural light, generous volumes and a refined material palette of oak, stone, textured finishes and integrated planting create an atmosphere that is calm, tactile and timeless. Bespoke joinery, carefully integrated lighting and discreet acoustic treatments bring clarity and warmth to the interior, while allowing the material palette to remain the defining feature.

Beyond the traditional boundaries of the workplace, SPACE and Co Anexartisias extends into a broader lifestyle environment. A rooftop terrace, wellness facilities and media lounge provide spaces for relaxation, informal meetings, events and social interaction, reinforcing the belief that today’s workplace should nurture community as much as it supports productivity.

The rooftop terrace continues the interior experience outdoors, offering a space for connection and reflection while complementing the building’s social character. Every element, from the street level presence to the workplace interiors and shared amenities, contributes to a cohesive identity that reflects SPACE and Co’s ambition to create more than just a coworking destination.

SPACE and Co Anexartisias reflects a changing expectation of the workplace, where architecture supports not only how we work, but how we meet, connect and spend time together. More than a coworking destination, it offers a workplace designed to become part of the daily life of the city.
