This 120-page case study presents No11 Archimidous, the Limassol headquarters of GRS Recruitment and FS Fairfax.
From a 1930s residence to a contemporary workplace
No11 Archimidous transforms a former house in Limassol into the headquarters of GRS Recruitment and FS Fairfax. StudioMoiré retained the building’s distinctive Art Deco facade while adapting its interiors to the different needs of the two companies. Private offices and focused work settings sit alongside shared meeting and social spaces, balancing confidentiality with collaboration.
The design brings together restored architectural details, bespoke furniture, natural light and planting. Acoustic treatments and integrated technology support everyday working, while a light-filled conservatory and garden meeting room strengthen the connection between the workplace and its outdoor spaces.
